Use the in-app deletion path when available. If you cannot access the app or need privacy help, contact us by email.

如应用内支持删除,请优先使用应用内路径。若无法访问应用或需要隐私协助,也可通过邮件申请。
In-App Steps
- Open Fitnova and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- If the current release exposes account deletion in-app, choose the account deletion option shown there.
- Read the prompt carefully and confirm deletion.
After confirmation, eligible account-related backend data will be scheduled for deletion. Some records may be retained where legally required or needed for fraud, billing, or security purposes.
应用内删除步骤

确认后,符合条件的账号相关后端数据将进入删除流程。因法律、计费、反欺诈或安全需要保留的记录可能例外保留。

Data Impact
- Account profile and associated cloud records are deleted according to retention rules.
- Data stored only in Apple Health remains under Apple Health controls and your device permissions.
- Deleting your Fitnova account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be retained for product reliability metrics.

- 删除 Fitnova 账户并不会自动取消您的 Apple 订阅。

Subscription Note
If you purchased a subscription through Apple, manage cancellation through your Apple subscription settings. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
