FAQ
Health data does not appear
- Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Fitnova, and allow the requested data types.
- Open Apple Health app and confirm data is available for the same date range.
AI insight is unavailable
- Check network connection and retry in a few seconds.
- Temporary provider failures may happen; the app can switch providers when available.
I cannot restore purchases
- Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple account used for the purchase.
- Open the membership screen in Fitnova and try Restore Purchases again.
- If the issue continues, include your storefront region and purchase timing when contacting support.
Apple Watch sync is delayed
- Keep Bluetooth on and both devices unlocked for a short time.
- Open Fitnova once on both iPhone and Watch to trigger sync.
