1. Data We Process

  • Health data you authorize through Apple Health / HealthKit, such as activity, workouts, sleep, nutrition, and heart-related metrics.
  • Profile and preference data you enter, such as goals, units, and app settings.
  • Account and membership-related data, such as Sign in with Apple identifiers, subscription status, and restore-purchase state when applicable.
  • AI request content you submit in chat or insight features.
  • Diagnostic signals such as crash logs and basic analytics events for stability and performance.

2. How We Use Data

  • To display your health trends and personalized summaries in the app and widgets.
  • To generate AI-based insights and suggestions when you request them.
  • To synchronize experiences between iPhone and Apple Watch.
  • To manage subscriptions, entitlement access, and account-related support flows.
  • To detect bugs, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.

3. Third-Party Services

  • AI features may use third-party model providers, including Azure OpenAI and other configured providers (for example Doubao, Qwen, or Gemini) depending on region and availability.
  • Crash and analytics features may use third-party infrastructure to process technical diagnostics.
  • Fitnova may use Cloudflare-hosted backend infrastructure for request routing, quota protection, and service operations.
  • We require service providers to process data under contractual and security controls.

3. 第三方服务

  • AI 功能可能调用第三方模型服务，包括 Azure OpenAI，以及基于地区与可用性配置的其他提供方（例如豆包、通义千问、Gemini）。
  • 崩溃与分析功能可能使用第三方基础设施处理技术诊断信息。

4. Data Storage and Retention

  • Health data access is permission-based. You can revoke Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
  • Local app data remains on your device unless a specific feature requires cloud processing.
  • Cloud-processed requests may be temporarily stored or logged only to the extent required for security, quota enforcement, debugging, or legal compliance.
  • We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

4. 存储与保留

  • 健康数据访问基于您的授权，您可随时在 iOS 设置中撤销 Health 权限。
  • 除非某项功能明确需要云端处理，应用数据默认保留在您的设备中。
  • 需要云端处理的请求，仅会在安全防护、配额控制、问题排查或法律合规所需范围内做临时存储或日志记录。
  • 我们仅在实现本政策目的、履行法律义务或处理争议所需期间保留数据。

5. Your Rights and Choices

  • You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of eligible account-related data.
  • You can request account deletion through the in-app flow or by email.
  • Deleting your Fitnova account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
  • You can disable analytics or notifications from app settings where available.

  • 删除 Fitnova 账户并不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。
