These terms govern your use of Fitnova, including AI features, Apple platform subscriptions, and general service boundaries.

1. Using Fitnova

Fitnova is a wellness product for iPhone and Apple Watch. You agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable law and platform rules. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with product stability.

2. Health and AI Boundaries

  • Fitnova provides wellness-oriented summaries, insights, and habit support.
  • Fitnova does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or professional clinical advice.
  • AI-generated output may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use in sensitive situations.
  • You remain responsible for your own health, training, nutrition, and care decisions.

2. 健康与 AI 边界

  • Fitnova 提供的是面向健康生活方式的总结、洞察与习惯支持。
  • Fitnova 不提供医疗诊断、治疗、紧急救助或专业临床建议。
  • AI 生成内容可能存在不完整、延迟或错误，在敏感情境下请勿直接依赖。
  • 您仍需对自己的健康、训练、营养与照护决策负责。

3. Subscriptions

  • Fitnova may offer premium subscription features billed through Apple.
  • Subscription prices, billing periods, and trial availability may vary by storefront and region.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends, according to Apple's rules.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Restore Purchases is available inside the app when supported by the current account state.

3. 订阅说明

  • Fitnova 可能提供通过 Apple 计费的高级订阅功能。
  • 订阅价格、计费周期和试用安排可能因商店地区而不同。
  • 根据 Apple 规则，订阅会自动续费，除非您在当前计费周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。

4. Account Deletion and Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your Fitnova account or requesting data deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through Apple's subscription management flow.

4. 删除账户与取消订阅

删除 Fitnova 账户或请求删除数据，并不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。取消订阅必须通过 Apple 的订阅管理流程完成。

5. Availability and Liability

We may update, suspend, or change parts of Fitnova at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as available basis and DeepRaise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
